When will I receive my item?

Pre-orders are scheduled to be in production towards the end of the year. Please allow 6-8 weeks for shipping as these sculpture editions are meant to be received following close to the 2024 New Year. You will get an email from us when your order ships, with tracking information.

I live in California. Why was I charged sales tax?

The store is incorporated in California, so we have to collect and pay tax in this state.

If you are shipping internationally, be prepared for extra fees and delays

Our international shipping charges do not include the destination country’s duty, tax or customs fees. If applicable, these will be assessed upon delivery. We cannot and will not falsely report on an item’s value to help you avoid these fees. Please make sure to confirm the correct address and include your phone number for customs to contact you to avoid unclaimed packaged. We are not responsible for items that are not claimed by the recipient. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees and items will sometimes get tied up in customs for weeks.

Please contact us immediately about lost or damaged items

Keep all original packing materials as they may be needed for insurance investigation purposes. Email info@lunaikuta.com to let us know about any damage ASAP. If possible, include pictures. We’ll be in touch with next steps.

Returns

Unfortunately we do not accept returns. Refund fees may only apply if the product was found damaged upon reception.
